June VanPortfliet, age 88, went to be with her Lord on August 15, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and darling 2 year old son, Randy; parents Marion and Stanley Levanduski; sister Janet Pospiech; brothers Stanley Levanduski, Larry Levanduski and Jim Levanduski; sisters in law Jackie Levanduski and Dora VanPortfliet; brothers-in-law Ben Pospiech and Gary Gillissie. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Jack (Deb) VanPortfliet, Linda VanPortfliet, Wendy (Michael) Robinson and her grandchildren Shawn (Stacy) VanPortfliet , Shannon (Jason) Nyhuis, Amy (Brian) Crawford, Hayley (Josh) Strickland, and Michael Robinson, 11 great grandchildren; sister Pat Levanduski; brother in-law Ken VanPortfliet and sister-in-laws Fran (John) Derouin, Jean Levanduski and Ruth Levanduski; several nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt June. June was loved by many. She will be remembered for her kindness to others, her fun spirit, and her devotion to her family. She will be missed very much and never forgotten by those who knew her and loved her. The family wishes to give a special thank you to her caregivers at Raybrook Manor, her niece Lori Pospiech and her friend Sheryl Carter. We were touched by your love and care for our mom. To honor June’s wishes, a private family service was held on Thursday, August 20th.
