Mrs. Carol A. Klocko (Chittenden), age 84 of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 18, 2022. Surviving are: her children John Klocko, Jeff Klocko, Kathy Wickline and Karen (Bill) Stevens; grandchildren Sarra (Troy) VanderMolen, Christopher Wickline and Max Robert Klocko; great grandchild Hunter Jae VanderMolen; her sisters Janice Lootsma, Dolores Crowe, Maxine Steadman, Wilma Maldag, Jane Brouwer and Bonnie Mullins; many nieces and nephews. Carol graduated from Union High School. She was a retiree from General Motors with over 30 years of service. She enjoyed puzzles, scrapbooking, crocheting, football, dancing shows and summers at the cottage with her family. But most of all, she loved her family. She was always there to listen and be supportive. Carol was not only a wonderful mother and grandmother; she was also a great grandmother. We will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her parents, Max and Gladys Chittenden, and her sister, Shaaron Maron. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be celebrated Friday, July 22 at 3:00 PM at Arsulowicz Brothers Stocking Mortuary, 585 Stocking Ave NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504 where her family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
